My sincere and everlasting thanks to all of the people who helped this show happen - the incredible performers, the beautiful guests - and far too many more to be named here who helped me in my first production, as I'm still recovering in many ways.
You know who you are.
With love, kSea flux
Bringing a beautifully eclectic array of incredible performers together for your pure delight, lust, amazement and wonder, Big Top Magazine went LIVE!
Thanks to all of the amazing performers, all those who helped, and especially thanks to all who showed up for Revolution!
Big Top Productions will continue, and get biggier, toppier!
This show, with the immense lack of knowledge that I have as an event producer, was something that my heart needed, somewhere that I want Big Top to go, and without some amazing people, it could not have happened. I jumped off the cliff, getting into new territory for me - and they were the wings that unfolded and kept me from being destroyed on the razor sharp rocks of insanity below.
Thank you all, so incredibly much, for helping me begin to realize this dream, and why I am here. In the insanity of the evening, what I remember most (besides all of the incredible help from those who know how to do this) is the smiles I saw when I had a moment to look at our beautiful audience and see them (you?) glowing, dancing, having fun. I don't think I've seen anything more spectacular in my life., of felt, thrrough it all, like I was finally doing something, something good.

The second thing I remember the most is being up in the office, looking out through the small window and seeing an act on stage that made me wonder what the hell is happening - I actually had to go check the performance schedule to realize that it was Bad Unkl Sista & krew - holy hells! She told me she was planning on doing something S.F. had never seen before, and man did she deliver, in such a wonderful way. While I felt so elegantly (& perfectly) dressed in the clothes she made me, she went 180 degrees opposite for her performance. When I realized what was happening... I couldn't stop laughing for minutes.
(Of course that got me thinking, and that in itself is pure danger to most - what if selected performers randomly showed up at other events where they weren't booked with a beautifully twisted performance, took over the stage or floor, toyed with expectations and reality - then hopefully got out of there before they were kicked out? OH, such delicious thoughts!) Entirely possible. Probable. I need to talk to people. I want this to happen...
But I digress with a wicked grin on my face and the birth of future plans - perhaps. SO much could be done... or undone.
Let me leave it at this - thank you all, so incredibly much. From the bottom to the Big Top of my heart - all of you. ALL of you. Guests, performers, and especially the ones (Mike, Justin, *Anna* & Boe,) who held my hand when it was necessary and taught me the twisted ways of this fun. Without these people, especially Anna on the night of, I would be a crumbling heap in some asylum, or never wanting to do this again.

A very special thanks also to the photographers - Mr. Nightshade, Eric Gillet, and Denise Doyle, whose photos can me seen in the slideshow below. Nightshade rocked it as usual, Eric will have more photos soon, and Denise was able to capture an entirely different aspect, due to her flash dying in the beginning of the night.
If anyone else has some photos, give 'em to me!
Enjoy the photos and my new fancy slideshow,, and in the meantime Big Top could really use your help - it will definitely continue, but I sure could use your help! For details please go here: and read the founders note.
Again, thank you all, so very much! The next issue will hopefully come out at the end of September, and I will continue to work my ass off to make this the best damn magazine possible for you, learning every second.
Thank you all so incredibly much, for everything! (Now let's get me into a home, shall we?)
Big Top Love,
~ kSea
